Bishop Dr. Pat McKinstry is the Pastor of Worship Center Church in Toledo, OH. She is the wife of Luther McKinstry, Jr., and the mother of one son who is the Pastor of Worship Center of Atlanta, Prophet Luther McKinstry, III.
Bishop McKinstry has been in ministry since age 11 and was licensed at age 13. Her evangelism throughout the years has taken her across the United States and into international countries. She has ministered on radio and television. Her strong apostolic and prophetic thrust display the incredible strength of the mandate upon her life. Her mantle as a ‘called-out’ worshipper transforms atmospheres wherever she ministers. As of 2019, God’s grace has empowered her to serve in ministry for 60 years, pastor for 30 years and be happily married for 50 years. On August 1, 2015 she was elevated and consecrated to the sacred office of Bishop.
Bishop McKinstry presently serves on the Advisory Board of the Joint College of African-American Pentecostal Bishops Congress. She is the CEO/Founder of the McKinstry Midwest College of Theology (MMCT) which provides theological education that is Accelerated, Accredited and Affordable. She is also the CEO/Founder of the Toledo Rise and Shine Academy, an elementary school, serving grades K-6.
Bishop McKinstry has published and released four CD’s dealing with the topics of the ‘Protocol of Prayer’ and ‘Praise and Worship.’ Titles include: “A Prayer of a Preacher for the Preacher,” “In the Prayer Garden with Dr. Pat,” an audio series of war dance and undignified praise and a CD of prophetic songs entitled, “It’s a New Day.” She is also the author of a book entitled “Praise Break.”
Bishop Dr. Pat McKinstry earned a Bachelor of Theological Studies, a Master of Psychology, and holds two honorary doctorate degrees. She went on to earn her Doctor of Theology Degree on the 1st day of June, 2015.
